Classic massage

The original name of this massage therapy is Swedish massage but in fact this is the most common full-body or partial (on particular body parts) massage.

The therapist uses light flowing strikes, rubbing and circular motion over the surface layers of muscles, using massage oil or lotion.

The Swedish massage therapy can be very gentle and relaxing. If you’ve never been to a massage, this is the best style to begin with.
