Dr. Alexander Kulakov specializes in physical therapy and rehabilitation medicine.<\/p>

Dr. Kulakov’s main treatment method is applied kinesiology.<\/p>

Applied kinesiology is one of the few areas in medicine that views illness as an imbalance in the body’s structure, metabolism, and emotional sphere. Treatment involves restoring these three components. The kinesiologist will determine how to correctly correct and restore balance based on the condition of the muscles, joints, ligaments, gait, and sleeping posture. Thanks to our skeletal muscles, we walk, swallow, breathe, and smile. We control some muscle contractions, but there are contractions that occur constantly and are not controlled by the mind. These contractions are called muscle tone. Kinesiological tests use an assessment of muscle tone. During the examination, muscle tone under load is assessed, as muscle tension is a provocateur of pain.
